Feroze Gandhi


Feroze Gandhi was born on September 12, 1912. He was renown Indian freedom fighter, politician and journalist.

He is also known to publish the newspapers namely, The National Herald and The Navjivan.

He served as a member of the provincial parliament between 1950 and 1952, and later a member of the Lok Sabha, the Lower House of India’s parliament.

He was married to Indira Nehru and had Rajiv Gandhi as his elder son. Both of them served as Prime Ministers of India.

On his death anniversary (8 September 1960) we salute him for his efforts for the nation.
